From what time can you dress me?
We take bookings from 8am to 8pm. If you would like an earlier time, please ask us — we can usually arrange it.
How far in advance should I book? Can I book on the day?
Please book by the day before. We do not usually take same-day bookings.
Do you have regular closing days?
We have no fixed closing days. The dates we can take are shown on the calendar on the reservation page.
What payment methods can I use?
Cash, PayPay and bank transfer. Payment is made on the day.
Which areas do you travel to?
We travel to Sapporo, Ishikari, Kitahiroshima, Otaru and Chitose. The travel fee is charged once per booking and includes the round trip: Sapporo city ¥500, Ishikari and Kitahiroshima ¥1,000, Otaru ¥1,500, Chitose ¥2,000. Please ask us about other areas.
Can I book kimono rental and dressing for sightseeing or a special occasion?
Yes. Our customers use us for sightseeing, events, celebrations and much more. You can choose anything from formal to antique and vintage.
Can I book yukata rental and dressing for a summer festival or fireworks display?
Yes. We offer yukata rental and dressing. We travel to your home or another place of your choice, so you can get ready before heading out.
For the pair plan, are both people dressed in the same place?
For couples and pairs, we dress you both together.
Where do most people choose to be dressed?
Most often at home. Rented spaces and venues are also possible, with the actual cost added.
How long does dressing take?
Dressing alone takes about 45 to 60 minutes. With the hair styling option, please allow about 30 minutes more.
Can I borrow accessories such as hair pieces or a bag?
Hair accessories, handbags and geta sandals are lent free of charge. ※ The children’s yukata does not include geta, handbags or other accessories.
Is a tank top fine as an inner layer?
Yes — we also lend underlayers, so a tank top is fine.
Does the length of the leggings matter?
Not particularly.
※ What to bring: for your top, an inner layer with a wide V- or U-neck; for your bottom, leggings or spats that leave the feet bare.
